  1. Send your drawing

    Day 0

    Upload your 3D model and 2D drawing through the quote form or by email, with material, quantity, finish and target date.

  2. We review it and match a vetted factory

    Day 0–1

    We check the drawing for missing information or risky features and ask you questions early. Then we send it to partner shops whose equipment and experience fit the part.

  3. You receive a quote

    Usually within 24–48 h

    One clear quote: unit price per quantity, any tooling or setup, production lead time, shipping options and the reports included. Questions or changes? We re-quote quickly.

  4. Sample and production

    Typically 1–4 weeks

    For new parts we recommend a first sample for your approval. After approval the batch goes into production, and we follow up with the factory on progress.

  5. Quality check and shipping

    Before dispatch

    Parts are checked against your drawing before they leave. You get the agreed report and photos, then we coordinate packing and shipping from the Shanghai area.

Payment & terms

Payment terms and trade terms are agreed per order and confirmed in writing on the quote / proforma invoice before anything goes into production.

Shipping options

Express courier for small urgent orders; air or sea freight for larger batches. Common terms: EXW, FOB Shanghai, CIF or DAP — import duties and taxes depend on your country.

Confidentiality

We can sign your NDA before reviewing drawings. Files are shared only with the partner factories quoting your project — never posted on public platforms.
